Recipes for the whole family: pasta salads, beef cheeks and hake skewers

One more week, like every Thursday, we bring you a new entry for our section of Recipes for the whole family with ideas for children to eat also ours, as we did when we were little, and get them out of the typical children's menu based on pasta, batters and potatoes.

They are recipes selected by us and you can find in our blogs Vitónica friends and Direct to the palate. We hope you like them.

Savory dishes

  • Chia and oatmeal breakfast: If you want to change your breakfasts for a fresh preparation that you can leave ready from the previous day to solve the first meal of the day in less time, we leave you a very easy healthy breakfast recipe.

  • Hake and pineapple skewers: Hake is one of the fish that is not usually missing from home menus every week. Versatile, healthy and delicious, the rest of the year I like to prepare it in sauce or casseroles, but with the heat they want more fresh recipes, like these hake skewers with pineapple.
