Recipes for the whole family: summer salads, yellow plum cake and more delicious stuff

Like every Thursday with a few recipes of the best we have found in our network. We bring you the best recipes from our partners of Direct to the Palate and Vitónica with which you can prepare varied and healthy dishes. With fresh salads, first more than appetizing, and of course, the most convincing dishes to make complete and delicious menus.

Starters and salads

  • German potato or kartoffelsalat salad: an easy recipe that can also serve as a side dish and is perfect for those days when we don't want to get too complicated in the kitchen.
  • Coleslaw Salad: It is an American recipe and one of the best salads to accompany a roast, a hamburger or to serve as a side dish in meetings around barbecue grills.
  • Artichoke and bean salad: A 'canned' salad, very fresh, light and with which we can experience adding some protein such as hard boiled egg or smoked salmon.

Strong plates

  • Pork chop in mustard sweet sauce: a recipe that invites us to eat pork in a delicious and different way and in which it will take you no more than 25 minutes to have it ready.
  • Pork ribs in teriyaki sauce: Continuing with pork recipes we find this delicious way to eat marinated ribs, a very good idea for a weekend meal.
  • Black spaghetti with garlic, gluttony and prawns: this pasta is ideal for summer because it is nothing heavy and it is also very fast to make.
  • Sandwich Club: If we have a day when we are a bit 'lazy' or just want to have a picnic or take something to eat on the beach, this may be a good option.

Desserts

  • Cinnamon and vanilla popovers: I had never heard that name, but it is a kind of light bun made with an egg, flour and milk shake. These are ideal for breakfast, as a dessert or as a snack.
  • Yellow plum cake: A great idea to eat plums for dessert, since the base dough is very simple and not very sugary and in addition the yellow color looks very appetizing for a fresh cake (as you can see in the first photo of this post).
  • Puff pastry stuffed with cocoa cream and walnuts: an easy recipe that serves as a dessert, as a snack or simply to satisfy the desire of sweet when we get the bug.
  • Lime and coconut ice cream: a delicious recipe that surprises, since the taste of coconut with that of lime is a very refreshing combination ... sure everyone will give up on the result.
