Alcohol-free cocktail recipes

  • Lemon gelatin cocktail, for which we need two teaspoons of lemon jelly, the juice of two lemons, three soda cups, four drained maraschino cherries and some lemon slices for decoration. We deposit the jelly in a saucepan, and in a measuring jug the lemon juice and boiling water until a total of two deciliters is completed. We add this mixture to the gelatin and stir over very low heat until the gelatin has completely dissolved. Let cool in a jar and when the mixture is semi-liquid we add the soda little by little, stirring the whole set. We serve with a cherry on a stick and decorate with a slice of lemon.

  • San Francisco Cocktail, one of the classics without alcohol. We need two centiliters of orange juice, two centiliters of lemon juice, one centiliter of pineapple juice, one centiliter of peach juice and a splash of grenadine. The ingredients are shaken in the shaker, pour into the tube glass and finish filling it with soda. It can be decorated with slices of orange, lemon and some cherries on the straw and before serving in the glasses the edge is wetted with grenadine and placed face down on sugar.

  • Mojito without alcohol: a refreshing sorbet that can be prepared in a blender. We need two centiliters of lime juice, three centiliters of lemon ice cream, mint leaves, liquid sugar, crushed ice. We place ice cream, lime juice, liquid sugar and mint leaves in the blender glass. We add crushed ice and crush everything. In the ford we add some crushed ice.

  • Pinneapple colada without alcohol: a tropical cocktail with a sweet and mild flavor for which we need a centiliter of cream, a centiliter of coconut cream and three centiliters of pineapple juice. Shake and pour into the glass full of ice. It can be decorated with a slice of pineapple or grated coconut.

  • Orchard Cocktail: in this case we mix fruit juices and natural vegetables. Beat a centiliter of carrot juice, two centiliters of orange juice, ice and a tonic. It can be decorated with a few pieces of orange.

  • Very Well Cocktail, which in its version with alcohol has gin. We will put two centiliters of orange juice, two centiliters of lemon juice, one centiliter of pineapple juice and a splash of grenadine. Stir in the shaker and serve in long-layered glasses that have the edge impregnated with sugar (it is soaked in orange juice before it sticks). We serve with some cherries and slices of orange and lemon on the straw.

  • Screwdriver without alcohol. We remove the original vodka and place in a wide glass ice cubes, two parts of orange juice and three of orange soda, to which we add a few drops of grenadine to give it a touch of color.

  • Decaffeinated coffee cocktail. A different and simple option to make, pouring decaffeinated coffee in a glass with ice, adding two tablespoons of caramel and stir. It is then covered with a layer of sediments sweetened cream and sprinkled with cinnamon.

  • Atomic Freeze: For this refreshing cocktail we need 20 cl of pineapple juice, 12 cl of apple juice, 0.5 cl of almond horchata syrup and five or six strawberries. We put in the blender all the ingredients and some ice cubes to mix well. It is served in a glass of wine, garnished with an icy strawberry or a slice of pineapple and taken very cold.

  • Troitis cocktail: the intense green color of this alcohol-free cocktail based on melon syrup, banana pulp, kiwifruit and pineapple juice draws attention. 20 cl of melon syrup, 20 cl of 2/10 banana pulp, 30 cl of kiwi and 30 cl of pineapple juice. All ingredients are shaken and served in a long glass with ice.

  • Shanghai cocktail: We turn to the exotic flavor of this cocktail for which we need papaya and orange juice, mango syrup and passion fruit. Papaya juice 30 cl, orange juice 30, mango syrup 20 cl, passion fruit 20 cl. We split a papaya and with a little water we put it in the blender to make juice. We pour ice into the shaker and add passion fruit, mango syrup and orange juice, adding papaya juice. Stir and serve in a long glass with ice.

  • Smoothie of pineapple, mango and coconut water, very simple to make with the blender. We need a pineapple, a mango, an orange, 250 ml of coconut water, 10 g of fresh ginger, 3 tablespoons of honey and 200-300 g of ice cubes. After beating all the chopped ingredients, the ice is added to the blender until it forms a slush. If we want the most liquid drink, we can add the coconut water we want.

  • Smoothie with red fruits and mango, a drink that is prepared in two phases. We need 100g of red fruits, 1/2 mango, 75ml of milk, 75ml of orange juice, crushed ice. First we beat the red fruits with the milk, reserving a blackberry to decorate, and pour it into a glass. Then we cut the mango into tacos and beat it with the orange juice and some crushed ice. We serve very carefully on the red fruit smoothie, so that they do not mix and achieve the effect of two colors.
