"It's a family too," so one girl defends another when she finds out she has two parents

The "Wonderful People" program of Canal Sur has a few days ago a real experiment with children that has gone viral for the lesson against homophobia and the defense of the different family models that children give us.

How do children react to a homoparental family? Well, with naturalness and common sense, showing tolerance and respect. But not only that, but don't shut up in the face of injustices and are willing, like this girl to defend one of his companions whom they rejected because he has two parents.

One of the girls, who was one of the accomplices, had to be upset at the situation that another of them had two parents and asked the other boys if they saw him as normal. But it is better to see it than to explain it, so I leave a part of the experiment below where we can see the protagonist of the program, Rocío, a girl whose reaction is really touching.

Do not hesitate to go out to defend your partner with phrases like: "Does it matter to you that she has two parents?", "And what about having two parents?", "It's a family too". We can not like more.

The program is longer, here you can see the complete experiment (15 minutes) and the gesture of all the girls that appear in the sequences defending freedom, and ultimately love above all, is beautiful.

Because children understand that today the family models have changed, that the traditional family of mom, dad and children coexists with a diversity of unions with a common feeling: love for children.

Many of the prejudices of children are transmitted by adults, what we normalize, they will see as normal, and we must convey that the children of homosexual couples deserve all the respect and understanding of others. Rocío has given us all a lesson of tolerance and courage That has gone viral.
