Book: "New recipes for babies and children"

Some time ago Lola brought us an interesting cookbook with recipes for the little ones in the house.

Our colleagues from Direct to the palate have handled this work especially for child feeding, "New recipes for babies and children", and also the kitchen specialists recommend it.

The author is Graciela Bajraj, who as we saw is a contributor to gastronomy magazines and has a extensive experience as a cook and is published by Alba Editorial.

It is interesting the subdivision in sections. There is a section for babies from 4 to 12 months, another for chewing whips, for overweight children and recipes for children who do not like milk.

Therefore, any daddy or mommy will find solutions to the task of making eating healthy and fun for the little ones.

With simple and varied menus, and proposals to accompany the dishes or substitute one ingredient of the recipe with another more appropriate to the season in which we find ourselves, to make the dishes varied and fresh at each time of the year.

We even have in the work a special section for those who have less experience in the kitchen but will have to manage them from the arrival in the world of a baby: "Auxiliary recipes". Here the author explains how to make basic dishes that are included in most recipes such as fish stock, bechamel or sauces.
