In a girls room they have traditionally searched Pastel colors, a range a little cooler than the one used in boys' rooms where you can find yellow or orange. The themes are so varied as the tastes of the queen of the house; we will also find reasons for animals, but together with those of fairy tales (What girl did not want to be a princess?), A space to play house and dolls, etc.
Do not rush, choose the theme that best suits with your daughter’s personality and interests, since he will spend a lot of time playing in his room as he grows up. Flowers, dancers, dolls or even abstract drawings will be your girl's best companions as she grows.
You may be interested in emphasizing the bed or crib. For this, there are beds in the market that are practically a castle like the one you can see on these lines that cost about 500€ in Target and that perfectly reproduces a princess castle from which it is lowered by a slide. Use it to cover textiles that have a cottony feel so that the child sits on a cloud but does not recharge the bed or crib with stuffed animals. And of course, don't skip the canopy if the girl asks for it.
For the ceiling, you can always use the design of Agatha Ruiz de la Prada that has a series of lamps that are recognizable worldwide. On the walls, if you want to reproduce the sensation of a fairytale castle, do not hesitate to hit some jewels that can look great if the rest of the decoration accompanies. In fact, the girls' rooms are the ones that lend themselves most to the decoration with stickers or vinyl on the walls and it can look very nice if you make it a themed room.
I don't want to end up not telling you about carpets. If in the boys room I recommended carpets with roads, in the girls room a carpet that reproduces streets, some game or flowers like the one in the photo that heads this post may look good.
